This thesis looks into study of order processing in company, specifically in ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. The theoretical part includes main basis from sector of production management and logistics. The analytical part describes company as a whole, analyzes current state of order processing in this company and evaluates it. In the pactical part of the project are mentioned informations about the company B&Q and is made own proposal to optimalize process of particular order.
